Known as the original Edinburgh 'Tartan Girl' Irene Wadsworth, founder of Scottish label Impractical Clothes, makes her 2009 Dressed to Kilt debut with a one-off, specially designed, Homecoming 09 Scotland tartan sweetheart corset and bustle skirt.
